Sampling Techniques
Sampling Requirement & Techniques
Clients must ensure that adequate sample is submitted and must be representative of batch size. Prior to testing, samples will be homogenized unless instructed by the clients. Solid sample will require to be grounded to get the representative sample for the testing. If require, we can have a holding time for the sample.
Quantity of Sample
Clients must ensure to submit enough quantity of samples for the testing. Normally 5 to 10 grams of sample required for the determination each element present in amounts greater than two percent. For the PPM level analysis, several grams of samples require for each determination of PPM level test. If you have a limitation of quantity that you can submit, please contact us to determine minimum quantity require for the testing. Please note that samples tested in laboratory will be destructive.
Sample Containers
Select recommended container when sending in your sample for testing. Some Samples that requires air-tight containers for testing moisture. When samples received, it will be checked for any leakage. Leaked container will be discarded as it will be contaminated and cannot used for the testing.

Sample deliveries are accepted Monday through Friday (except holidays), from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Samples received after 2:00 PM are processed the following business day. Please put “RUSH” label if your samples need rush testing. We may apply additional charge for this service.

Reporting of Testing Results
Results will be reported in 5-7 business days from the date of receipt of the samples.
You may request your results via email or Fax for the quick availability for your purpose.
