Each sample must be submitted with a Specification Sheet and MSDS.
Each sample must be accompanying with separate “Sample Submission Form” duly completed.
Incomplete sample submission form may result in delay testing hence time line cannot be met.
Confidentiality Agreements will be signed with clients and will stay in effect until business continue with the client.
Delivery of Testing results are sent by fax, email or courier. Telephone reporting is also available upon request.
The original sample remains with the client’s property always.
Diasys will disposes of the sample six weeks after testing, unless specified by clients and not to exceed 3 months.
Diasys does not retain samples for any purposes.
Water, food, perishable, and air-sensitive samples are retained under original storage conditions for 7 days beyond reporting date.
Retention of all records and worksheets shall remain the property of DiaSYS Inc.
Diasys retains records for a period of five (5) years.
Diasys retains the right for Intellectual Property Methods, discoveries, procedures, and equipment developed for any specific project. This will be part of the contract with the client.
Client audits must be scheduled by contacting our Quality Assurance Manager and time will be set up mutually agreed.
Diasys has the right to limit inspection privileges if it is necessary or advisable for reasons of health, safety, protection of our competitive position or due to the preservation of confidential information.
Diasys carries worker’s compensation, general liability, and property damage insurance.
Clients will not be insured on our insurance policies.
For any legal dispute arises, Ontario provincial law will apply.
New clients will be on COD basis. Once appropriate relationship is established 3 weeks credit will be given for the payment.
In the event of default payment, clients will be responsible for the collection and legal fees.
Severability If any of the provisions of these terms and conditions are found to be invalid or unenforceable in any.
